This delicious smoothie is packed full of protein and fibre, and will keep you full for hours.
1 ripe banana
1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries 1 Tbsp hemp protein powder
1 Tbsp tahini or nut butter
1 tsp ground flaxseed or psyllium husk 200ml cashew or coconut milk
Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
